As a trauma-informed psychotherapist and rehabilitation therapist with years of experience, I understand the impact that ADHD (Neurodivergence), Grief, Trauma, Relationship difficulties can have on individuals and families. To address these concerns, I use a holistic, integrative, and strengths-based approach. I prioritise the strength of our therapeutic alliance and I believe in taking a collaborative approach to develop an individualised treatment plan.
I have worked with children, pre-teens, teenagers, adults, couples and families and I draw from various evidence-based modalities like Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) all within a Socially and culturally sensitive framework.
I am committed to creating a safe, trusting, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel comfortable sharing their lived experiences with me and together, we can explore and make sense of their struggles. I am dedicated to helping clients rediscover their joy and get back to controlling their life.
