I’m so glad you are here! Approaching therapy can be scary and uncomfortable. I get it! That’s why I am so passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space for all individuals. I offer a client-centred approach to therapy built on empathy, compassion and unconditional positive regard. Since each individual is unique, I draw from an eclectic mix of interventions and modalities based on an individual’s needs and therapeutic goals. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, etc. I am passionate about the body’s ability to hold emotional pain and anxiety. I navigate therapy through a biopsychosocial lens, helping clients identify their mind-body-environment connection through somatic techniques.
As a full time therapist, business owner, wife and mother, I understand how the complexities of navigating your career and parenting can lead to stress, anxiety and burnout.
I would be happy to chat with you during a free consultation.
