Couples Therapy

Perhaps you have tried to repair your relationship on your own, but the same patterns keep emerging. Perhaps communication breakdown has led to growing feelings of frustration and resentment.  Perhaps you feel like your partner and you feel more like roommates. Perhaps you are both doing your very best, but parenting is hard and you feel stuck. Relationships are hard work and with our busy lifestyles, nurturing one’s relationship can feel overwhelming.

Couples  Therapy

Couples therapy can provide a nonjudgmental where both partners can feel heard and understood. Together with your therapist, you can identify underlying triggers that can lead to negative feelings as well as behaviours that are perpetuated by communication breakdown. Together, you and your partner can navigate common goals by providing strategies and collaborate on an effective action plan.

Below are some common concerns we see in Couples Therapy:

• Self-confidence
• Burnout

• Blended Families
