Family Therapy
The health of our family of origin directly impacts our ability to have healthy relationships in the future. The relationships we have with our family members impact on our self-worth, confidence, emotional well being and security. Family Therapy can provide a space for each family member to present concerns and feelings in a supportive and productive way. Family therapy allows space for family members to be heard and feel validated by their family members. The goal of family therapy is to improve empathy and understanding for each family member in order to improve communication and strengthen attachment.
