Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I know that starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you’ve already taken it, and that’s something to celebrate. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood as we navigate life’s challenges together. As a former educator, I bring a unique understanding of the complexities of teaching environments, parenting, and advocating for children’s needs. I specialize in working with individuals and families navigating behavioural issues, social resistance, and neurodivergence. Whether it’s supporting emotional regulation, addressing educational advocacy like IEPs, or
managing family dynamics, I’m here to help.

I use a client-centered, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique goals. My practice integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness. I
also incorporate Gestalt and Narrative Therapy to help you make sense of your experiences and find a meaningful way forward. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, loneliness, grief, or self-doubt, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, resilience, and confidence in managing
life’s challenges.

Let’s connect for a free consultation, I’d love to hear your story and explore how we can work together.
