Therapy for ADHD offers a strengths-based approach to managing ADHD, including using the positive qualities of ADHD that are often overlooked and underappreciated. Individuals can identify tools to help them better utilise their executive functioning skills including focus, organisation, and emotional regulation.

We at Peaks and Valleys Therapy, we understand that every individual is unique. Therefore, we do not provide a one-size fits all approach to therapy. Rather, depending on the person and issues that they are struggling with, we pull from an eclectic toolbox of evidence-based therapies including CBT, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Emotionally Focused therapy, etc.
